Terms and Conditions - Farmacia Alvarez

1. We can only sell to customers provided that the product was purchased for personal use. It's up to you to verify with your country's import regulations regarding health products before purchasing from us and returning to your home country with your purchase.

2. We can ship anywhere within Costa Rica, via DHL, for a cost of 2500 colones (approximately $5). Delivery time is usually the next business day depending on the location.

3. If the products are damaged, defective, or incorrect, we can replace them with the correct order in good condition. Refunds cannot be provided for ineffectiveness of medication. Farmacia Alvarez only purchases from licensed distributors and manufacturers with the Costa Rican Health Ministry.

4. Farmacia Alvarez reserves the right to alter delivery methods or to refuse orders as it sees fit.

5. The buyer accepts full liability for the use of all products and services supplied by Farmacia Alvarez. The buyer vows they will only use products under the guidance of their physician.

6. The buyer makes a solemn pledge that they hold Farmacia Alvarez free of any and all legal action and prosecution.

7. The buyer confirms they are of legal age.

8. Other conditions that are not covered in these Terms and Conditions will be decided by Farmacia Alvarez, and that decision will be final. Farmacia Alvarez terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
